Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country.

When will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the returned package, via the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us via the contact form.
Once the package has been prepared or is being shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Why was an item cancelled from my order?
Occasionally, a product may be out of stock between the time of your purchase and its preparation. In this case, you will be automatically refunded within a few days.

The gift card does not cover shipping costs.

Can I reserve an item?
No, as the stocks are managed electronically, it is not possible to set an item aside.
What should I do if a product is unavailable?
Enter your email address on the product page to receive an alert as soon as it is back in stock.
Are the photos contractual?
Our photos are taken by professionals.
Slight color variations may occur depending on the light or filter used.
If the item received is not suitable, you can return it according to our conditions.
