RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because everyone changes their mind sometimes, here is a simple and complete page to guide you step by step through your return or exchange.
Take a few minutes to read everything; this avoids errors and speeds up the processing of your request.
FIRST AND FOREMOST: VERY IMPORTANT!
IMPORTANT – TO BE INSERTED IN THE PACKAGE:
- Your full contact details
- Your ORDER NUMBER
- A note specifying your choice : exchange or refund
This information must be written on paper and slipped inside the package before resealing it.
Without this information, we will not be able to process your return.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Two options to choose from!
You can return your package:
- via COLISSIMO (La Poste)
→ directly from your customer area
- via MONDIAL RELAY
→ by following our dedicated link below
In both cases:
✔ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✔ The package must be sent to the address of Alex's Follies
✔ The order number must be placed inside the package
✔ No parcel will be collected from a collection point without a valid label
CHOOSE YOUR OPTION
OPTION 1 — Return via COLISSIMO - La Poste
The easiest way if you want to go through your post office
How to do it?
1 - Go to your Les Folies d'Alex customer area to print your label.
2 - Open your order
3 - Click on “Generate my Colissimo label” or
4 - Go directly to your post office with your package if you don't have a printer
Time limit:
- Shipping: 2 to 3 days
- Total treatment time: 10 to 15 days

⚠️ Do not drop off your return at a collection point if you are using Colissimo.
OPTION 2 — Return via MONDIAL RELAY
Simple & economical
STEPS TO FOLLOW WITH MONDIAL RELAY
1 - Enter the weight of your package (See the product sheet, additional information section)
2 - Enter our contact details :

3 - Choose the delivery point:
→ CARREFOUR SAV ALÈS
4 - Click on “Validate my shipment” and follow the instructions provided by Mondial Relay
5 - Print your label ,
stick it on your package
6 - Drop it off at the nearest Mondial Relay point
⚠️ No parcel will be collected at a relay point unless it has been created via the Mondial Relay link .
RETURN CONDITIONS
Refund, exchange or gift card
Upon receipt of your package, we can:
- process a refund via the original payment method within the applicable banking deadlines
- to arrange an exchange (subject to availability)
- issue a web gift card
➡️ If the item requested in exchange is no longer available, the refund will be made automatically.
Products accepted for return
The items must be:
- not worn
- unwashed
- with labels
- returned in perfect condition
You can use any packaging you like as long as the parts are protected.
Time limit
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return an item to us.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in order to avoid increasing our prices. This excludes errors (size, color, item) on our part.
Customs fees
Les Folies d'Alex does not cover customs fees for international returns.
PROCESSING TIMES
- Refunds/exchanges are processed within 15 days of receiving the package .
- We do not systematically notify you of the receipt of the package:
👉 You can track your return using your carrier tracking number.
We recommend keeping it until the end of the treatment.
